High-end apartments house tens of thousands of professionals who do not attend any church. Many include young professionals from around the world. The Center for Missional Engagement has contact with 100 urban properties desiring a church on their premises. The Center for Missional Engagement has offered to provide pastors with stipends of $500 per month to start these congregations.

Funds from the Mary Hill Davis Offering for Texas Missions® will be used to purchase Bibles, discipleship materials, bilingual gospel tracts, training, and key church-starting events.
