Pave Ministries: Texas Baptists Church Revitalization for Ethnic Pastors
Every vibrant church is led by a pastor who carries a deep vision for their community. Yet, pastors of ethnic minority congregations, who often serve communities with lower economic resources, frequently face unique, isolated challenges as they work to guide their churches toward spiritual and structural health.
Through your gifts to the Mary Hill Davis Offering®, pastors of communities with ethnic minorities can receive training and resources to help their churches grow.
This ministry, also known as Pave, meets leaders exactly where they are, equipping ethnic minority pastors with customized revitalization tools and placing them into collaborative, supportive cohorts. Their goal for this initiative is to see at least 50 pastors fully equipped in revitalization, directly impacting over 1,000 people across our state.
Your generosity directly funds the specialized training, ministry resources, professional certifications, and travel expenses these pastors need to lead their congregations forward.
